Returns for Customers Using Shipping
Due to the constant movement of inventory, we currently only process returns and refunds. In order to coordinate an exchange, you must place a new order and ship back your unwanted item. We will issue a full refund for your unwanted item once we receive it at:

We will happily cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error.
You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of receipt, via USPS standard for a full refund. Orders must be returned with the order receipt along with a written explanation for the return. We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns for Customers Using In-Store Pickup
Customers who choose to use in-store pickup are more than welcome to return their new, unworn order to Lakeville within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned with the order receipt along with a written explanation for the return. Please allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed, and then 3-5 business days for your bank to process your refund. We currently ship USA and Canada only. Shipping is standard from Massachusetts, USA. Allow up to 5 days for processing, and 10 days for shipping. However, many orders will be received within days.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
